This automatically monitors more than 400 different aspects of your IT setup and nips potential problems in the bud. Many issues highlighted by the system can be resolved before you or your staff are even aware that a problem existed.
As well as checking the basics, such as backup status, virus updates and server disk space, Priority ProActive Assistant monitors your server to detect errors and possible hacking attempts. The system even checks your website to ensure it’s always online.

If more complex problems arise, our expert staff can often resolve these by accessing your computer remotely, or by talking you through the problem over the phone. And on the rare occasion that something more serious occurs, we’ll fix the problem on-site at your premises, or in our fully equipped lab.
