We are celebrating Kieran being named as one of the BBC’s ‘make a difference’ superstars, with his name now set to be added to the side of a high-speed train.
Schools, charities and community groups across Wiltshire and Swindon are to be helped by a new not for profit organisation being launched this week, (September 30, 2020) which aims to bridge the digital divide.
The idea came to us at the beginning of lockdown to refurbish and donate unwanted laptops to help students with home schooling. We are overwhelmed and humbled by the success of our laptop recycling initiative.
We have now helped over 100 children and young people since the beginning of May, by donating refurbished laptops in an attempt to bridge the digital divide across the county.
So far, we’ve refurbished more than 70 laptops for school children and young people in Wiltshire to help with their home schooling during the pandemic.
A heart-warming initiative has been announced by Priority IT this week, as we begin to donate laptops to children and young people who are being home schooled.
